I support children and teens struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, school refusal, social difficulties, SEND and emotional regulation.

How can I help?

Does any of the following sound familiar….. 

  • Feel unhappy, sad, angry.

  • My parents don’t listen.

  • Teachers don’t like me and I get picked on.

  • I have no friends.

  • No one likes me.

  • I am stupid.

  • I am different, why?.

  • I feel ill and sometimes get stomach ache, feel sick, get headaches or my heart races.

  • I am rubbish at everything.

  • Everyone is better than me.

  • I’ve stopped going out and doing things I use to enjoy.

  • I spent a lot of time alone in my room.

  • I get laughed at and my peers talk behind my back.

  • I get bullied.

  • I self harm and take drugs (smoke, vape, drink alcohol).

  • I am in a gang or hang out with people that are not a good influence.
